So, I went to visit my (Republican) parents earlier this evening:
Mom: What are you doing here?
Me: I was just driving by, so I thought I'd stop in and say hello. So. Hello.
Dad: Oh, I know, she's here to gloat.
Me: No, I'm not!
Dad: Jennie . . .
Me: OK, maybe a little.
